Privacy notice
Playweave, Inc. operates Playweave and is responsible for the personal information described here. This notice explains what we store, why it is used and how to request deletion.
Information we store
You can play and generate from the landing page without signing in. That activity is not tied to an account. If you create an account, we store:
Account
Your email address, optional display name, plan, credit balance and account creation date.
Saved games
The title, description, game spec, publication status and public slug.
Saved assets
The generation prompt, asset type, storage location and provider used.
Billing
Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, prices, status and renewal dates. Stripe handles card details; Playweave does not receive them.
Credit activity
A ledger of credit changes and the reason for each change.
Tracking and cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or session-replay software. We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles.
Supabase sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Signing out removes the active session.
Prompts and cloud generation
Cloud generation sends your prompt through the Vercel AI Gateway to the selected model provider. Those providers apply their own data-retention practices. The local generation path is available if you do not want a prompt sent to a cloud model; see the documentation.
Prompts remain attached to assets you choose to save so the asset can record how it was created.
Public games
Games are private until you publish them. A published game receives a public URL and may appear in the Arcade. Visitors can see its title, description and assets, but not your email address.
Marketplace sellers
Publishing an asset listing creates a public seller page. Your chosen handle, display name and published listings are visible. Your email address and account ID are not shown.
Handles cannot be changed after they are set because listing links and buyer records depend on them. If you accept cash payments, Stripe collects the identity and bank details required for payouts. Playweave stores only the Stripe account reference and payout-readiness status.
Data deletion and retention
To delete your account and associated data, email hello@playweave.ai. Account deletion is currently handled manually.
We have not set fixed retention periods because automated retention deletion is not yet implemented.
