2. Find a problem. Record the version, steps, expected result, and diagnostics.
3. Make a focused change. Preserve user files and include a meaningful check.

Read CONTRIBUTING.md and SECURITY.md in the source before preparing changes. Keep imported code and asset licenses intact.
